About Moby Grape
The decade the produced the folk-rock and psychedelic sound, the 60s, has brought music lovers not only The Mamas and the Papas and Jefferson Airplane, but also Moby Grape. Like the other bands mentioned from this genre, Moby Grape were also from San Francisco. They did not last for long, disbanding by the end of the decade, but have nevertheless managed to record one of the ultimate rootsy albums in 1967's self titled Moby Grape.
